On the wall of the city of Cologne (state of Nordrhein-Westfalen) in Germany, at the foot of the statue of Archbishop Konrad von Are-Hochstaden is a small statue of a man with his pants down and giving himself a blow job.
Documents show that the project was completed in 1410 and has not been interfered with since then. No one understands what it means and why it is placed there.
