According to Heritage Daily, scientists from the Institute of Archeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) have found a unique ancient cemetery named Devitsa V, including 19 burial mounds.
Among them, burial mound No. 7 is surprising because of the way the ancient tomb was built, the person resting inside, and the burial items that people respectfully prepared for him.

The person in the tomb was identified as a Scythian warrior, a tribe with a legendary history in Russia, famous for its extremely skilled and heroic men and women. The warrior at mound number 7 was a man about 40-49 years old, who died around the 4th century BC. He lies in a giant tomb built with 17 oak columns.
In the tomb is a large treasure: many small hemispherical gold slabs whose uses have not yet been determined; an exquisite iron knife; a horse rib crafted into an unknown item; one arrow and three javelins; horse harness; six bronze plates depicting wolves; jawbone cut from a young bear; a molded cup; some black glazed ceramic vases…
The most notable find was a decorative silver band of incredible sophistication, measuring 34.7 cm x 7.5 cm, depicting several deities including the androgynous goddess Artimpassa, representing symbols of war, fertility, power and vegetation. The reverse side of the object is decorated with wild creatures standing in special positions, attached to 2 round buckles depicting a person wearing a crown and many other elaborate decorative images.
